Mark Cohen is one of the Partner's at LaLuna, Cohen & Lampert, LLC and has been in the business for 40 years with over 30 years as one of the firms leading partners in Taxation and Business Services. He provides significant tax consulting and compliance services for clients in various industries including private companies with local, national and international operations.Mr. Cohen has developed considerable experience with individual and corporate taxations, accounting for income taxes, compensation and financial planning. Prior to starting with the firm Mr. Cohen completed his undergrad at Adelphi University with a Bachelor of Business Administration while majoring in Accounting. He is of a select group of Tax Return Preparers who have been designated to be in the IRS's Annual Filing Season Program as of 2015. Mr. Cohen is a member of the National Society of Accountants and is also a Registered Tax Return Preparer.

Natalie has been with the firm for 11 years starting as an intern in 2015. She specializes in business and individual tax preparation, tax planning, business bookkeeping and financial analysis. Natalie is of a select group of tax return preparers who have been designated to be in the IRS's Annual Filing Season Program as of 2019.
She is a QuickBooks expert and certified in Microsoft excel. Natalie graduated with honors from Pace University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration degree in Public Accounting and a minor in Finance and Communications.

Matthew A. Cohen serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Tax Manager at LCL Tax, where he plays a dual role in driving both the firm’s technical growth and operational tax leadership.
As CTO, Matthew is responsible for building, implementing, and optimizing the firm’s technology stack—ensuring systems, tools, and workflows are scalable, secure, and efficient.
In his role as Tax Manager, he oversees a team of accountants across key service areas including tax preparation, bookkeeping, and ongoing client support, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high standard of service for every engagement. Matthew combines technical strategy with hands-on accounting leadership to help LCL Tax operate smarter and serve clients more effectively.

Michael LaLuna is a Certified Public Accountant with over 14 years of experience in a wide range of areas such as Taxation, Financial Statement Preparation, Capital Raising, Entity Formation, Business Structuring, Offers-In-Compromise and Internal Controls. He provides significant tax consulting and compliance services for clients in various industries including Digital Assets, Bitcoin Mining, Construction, Real Estate, Medical firms, Law firms, Cannabis, and Retail.
He is a current member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to becoming a CPA, Mr. LaLuna graduated from New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and subsequently spent 3 years playing professional baseball for various teams including the Detroit Tiger's organization.

Eddie Lampert is one of the founding members of LaLuna, Cohen & Lampert, LLC and has over 40 years of experience in taxation and business development. He provides consulting services to a wide range of clients, including many types of business entities as well as individuals.
Prior to founding the firm, Eddie earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University. A proud third-generation accountant, he continues a long-standing family tradition of excellence in the profession.

Eddie is the managing partner of the firm’s Jericho office and is a member of the National Society of Accountants, as well as the National Association of Tax Preparers.

James is a certified public accountant with experience in individual and business tax compliance and planning, bookkeeping, and business valuation services. He provides tax and accounting support to a wide range of clients, focusing on accurate reporting and practical, proactive solutions.
Prior to joining LCL Tax, James gained over six years of experience across public accounting and corporate environments. His background includes extensive experience in audit and financial reporting at the Big Four and mid-sized regional firm levels, as well as in the private aviation industry. James is a licensed CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He graduated with honors from Pace University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Accounting and a Master of Business Administration.
